Step 2: Receive Your Quote

After reviewing your bouquet, you'll receive a custom quote based on size, floral complexity, and design intricacy. A $250 deposit secures your place in our studio schedule and is applied toward your final total.

Step 3: Approve the Design

We'll discuss color refinements, bloom selections, and any special requests. Your input ensures the replica captures the essence of your original bouquet.

Step 4: Creation Begins

Your bouquet is handcrafted entirely by hand using premium Italian crepe paper, with careful attention to every petal, texture, and detail. This process typically takes 5–8 weeks, depending on current studio volume.

This is standard for made-to-order, one-of-a-kind pieces — your bouquet is created just for you, and can’t be resold or repurposed for another customer.

Before any cutting or shaping begins, you’ll review and approve the full design — including color choices, bloom selection, and size — so there are no surprises. Because we collaborate closely during the approval stage, the final piece reflects exactly what you signed off on. If something doesn’t match what was approved, reach out right away so we can make it right.

Your deposit secures your spot in my studio queue and covers the time, materials, and planning that go into your replica from the moment I begin sourcing and prepping your custom order. Because of this, deposits are non-refundable once submitted. If your plans change before design approval, contact me as soon as possible — I’ll always try to work with you.

While we can’t accept returns on custom pieces, damage during shipping is a different story. Every bouquet is shipped with tracking and insurance, and packaged with care to arrive safely. If your replica arrives damaged, contact me within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve it.
